Hi,
Take note that ADS have updated DIMAP version recently and therefore you 
have to use the last OTB version available (i.e. >=6.0.0), else you won't 
be able to read correctly Spot 6/7 or Pleiades products metadata.
Check also that your DEM format is accepted (hgt, tif, ras, ...) and CRS is 
WGS84. Use the extended input filename with ?&skipcarto=true.
OTB works fine in orthorectifying those products.
