Hi Nafissa, This definitely sounds possible with OTB! What algorithm will you use? What have you tried so far?

It's would be the first time for me to work on similar subject and I am a real beginner in that field. but after some researches in the internet, I found some algorithm which can be applied to extract surface temperature, but most of them are implemented in properties softwares like ENVI. the fact is that I have to use only a free solution and a solution which can be easily automatizied.
