Hi Julien, I have a Master's intern who has developed a dimensionality reduction module which offers PCA, auto encoders and SOM. It allows to build a reduction model which can be saved and then used on other data sets. The training step can be performed using sample files which can be built using OTB's sampling framework used for classification.
