Thanks Manuel.
I could download the file from address you have provided.
This is the final code that I used to generate an orthorectified SAR
image with the 2157 projection.
*otbcli_OrthoRectification -io.in SARimage.tif -io.out SARoutput.tif
-map.epsg.code 2157 -elev.dem EUDEM_folders/EUDEM_2157 -elev.geoid
Input_DEM_egm96.grd -opt.gridspacing 60.0*
Again it seems to take the default projection '32629' - information as
follows
Driver: GTiff/GeoTIFF

I am not sure what is causing the image to take the default values and
not the input projection information.
Also, the DEM cuts the water portion of the image - this is also not
evident in the output image.
Could somebody please help me with this?
I really appreciate any help/suggestions.
Thanks!

the geoid file can be download here:

<https://git.orfeo-toolbox.org/otb-data.git/blob/HEAD:/Input/DEM/egm96.grd>
You need also the .hdr file:
https://git.orfeo-toolbox.org/otb-data.git/blob/HEAD:/Input/DEM/egm96.grd.hdr
<https://git.orfeo-toolbox.org/otb-data.git/blob/HEAD:/Input/DEM/egm96.grd.hdr>
The URL you've got point to the mercurial repository which is not
available anymore. Let me know if you find this adresse in the OTB
documentation or website, in this case it should be updated.

Hi Julien,
Thanks very much for your suggestions. I am trying to download
geoid files, do you know from where I can download the files?
I tried this -
http://hg.orfeo-toolbox.org/OTB-Data/raw-file/404aa6e4b3e0/Input/DEM/egm96.grd
<http://hg.orfeo-toolbox.org/OTB-Data/raw-file/404aa6e4b3e0/Input/DEM/egm96.grd>,
but the page is not working.
Thanks and Regards
Preethi

Also note that you should change the default
-opt.gridspacing value (in
meters) to something like twice the resolution of your DEM
or so
(otherwise ortho-recitification will take forever to
complete).
