Hi, This would be a nice feature for ConcatenateImages application, but the coregistration is not performed here. You have to use an other application to estimate the registration shift between images, such as FineRegistration of even BlockMatching. However, please note that these application were written assuming optical images, I am not sure it will work efficiently on SAR images.
