Hi Dmitry, do you use OTB 6.2? How did you install it?
There was a refactoring of the DownloadSRTMTiles application which fix some issues in the application: https://wiki.orfeo-toolbox.org/index.php/Request_for_changes-115:_Refactoring_of_DownloadSRTMTiles It works on my side with otb 6.2 but you need to have CURL compile with openssl as USGS server move to HTTPS.
