So. I think I solved my problem. The DIM version is identified as "2.15" but according to the OTB source code, under version 2.x, the meta_data profile can only be "PHR_SENSOR", "PHR_ORTHO", "PHR_MOSAIC". However, my metadata file says "PHR_PROJECTED". Therefore, it is not a valid DIM 2.x metadata file.
