Hello Have you tried to increase the threshold parameter value (the default value is of 0.6)? I had the same issue and when I used 0.9 or 1 values, it generated more points. So your command would be like: tbcli_HomologousPointsExtraction -in1 tile_9_9_ref.tif -in2 tile_9_9_file.tif -mode full -out homologous.txt -threshold 0.9
