Thank you Guillaume, I tried the orthorectification in ArcGIS 10.4.1 and it worked without a problem. It accessed the RPCs and correctly used the Aster DEM. When I tried with orfeo using the command line, it did not work. My guess is that it does not recognize the DEM because in the output it still says that elevation is set to zero. I copy here the command I used and the output. OTB also repeatedly tried to set the elevation (marked in red).
