I am using the Soil:BI2 index from the radiometric indices. "Soil:BI2 - Brightness index 2 (NIR, Red, Green)"
However, I cannot find a reference for it on the Orfeo Application webpage <https://www.orfeo-toolbox.org/Applications/RadiometricIndices.html> Can anyone provide the reference for it? Also the other authors are sometimes missing. Lacaux et al. for the NDPI should be "Lacaux, J. P., Tourre, Y. M., Vignolles, C., Ndione, J. A., and Lafaye, M.: Classification of ponds from high-spatial resolution remote sensing: Application to Rift Valley Fever epidemics in Senegal, Remote Sens. Environ., 106, 66–74, 2007."
