Hi, I am not sure to understand your question. Do you mean classification of homogeneous regions (as opposed to pixel-wise classification)? If yes, then you can use the Segmentation application to produce a vector data layer with homogeneous regions as polygons. Then use the classification framework described here: https://www.orfeo-toolbox.org/CookBook/recipes/pbclassif.html#feature-classification-and-training
