Hi Vana,
Yes this is an issue we are trying to solve. You need to manually change
the descriptor file!
It should be in PathWhereIsOTB/share/otb/description/Segmentation.txt
then change this line :
QgsProcessingParameterString|filter.cc.expr|Condition|None|False|False
to
QgsProcessingParameterString|filter.cc.expr|Condition|None|False|True
And you should be good to go!
