Neonatal inpatient care

Does anyone know how an OTR can get experience in working with neonates i.e.;
swallowing disorders, or handling techniques? I have been an OT for some
years and would like to change focus.  Classes are good but it does not give
the hands on experience which I believe is necessary to actually work in this
environment.  I would appreciate any feedback.
