I have found that this list service is quite informative.  We are all on the same team, although we have independent thoughts and ideas as to how to provide quality occupational therapy, our goals are one in the same. I myself have not interacted with discussions on a regular basis, but find that opposing views are a positive  influence to my understanding the topic as a whole.

In response to my request encouraging group interaction, I receive a
personal message from an OT.  The message indicated that perhaps my approach
to this list was keeping other from participating.
 
If others think this is true, PLEASE say so. If it IS true than I am more
than willing to share list moderation duties with someone else.
