While the story is very inspiring, there is an inaccuracy which could lead readers astray. In the article, you state: "To work at Sinai, a physical therapist must have an occupational or physical therapy degree" This is not an accurate statement. PT and OT are two separate and distinct professions. [Although, those differences are sometimes difficult to detect] Each profession has their own education, credentialing and licensing programs. In fact, it is illegal for a PT to perform OT services and vice versa. If possible, will you please run a correction to the error? Many thousands of occupational therapists and their clients will be deeply appreciative.
