I just received the following message from Clorox regarding our pending
phone interview. When i asked for an idea of the questions they were going
to ask, the following is what I received.
I think they are barking up the wrong tree and that they don't really
understand OT. But before I get back with them, I wanted others' opinions.
What do you all think?

What soils do your clients encounter?
What are the toughest soils for them?
What task do you dislike teaching the most? Why?
What products do your clients use?
What workarounds do you teach?
How do you know when you are finished cleaning?
Do you teach use of different products for different tasks? If so, why?
What are you looking for in one place versus another? Which products
for what?
What was your most difficult client cleaning situation? Tell us about
it.
How do you help them get tough stuff out? How do you do it while
protecting the surface?
Do you experiment with products to look for better solutions?
How do you help make it as fast a task as possible? How do you save
time?
