This seems like a great area for OTs.  As an employed mom myself, I can think of plenty of areas that would need to be addressed about combining roles and fulfilling the role of Mommy in less time, once they are gainfully employed.  I have not been involved in my capacity as an OT, but i have volunteered once as a "mentor" in a program we have called Christian Women's Job Corps.  It was great, but after my mentee graduated, I just couldn't balance it into my life as a Mommy of 4 and employee of 3, employer of 1, and wife of 1 to do it again.  But we are still in touch  - occasionally ( like 3 times in the year since she finished) and we see each other regularly at grocery store or square in our small town. -- Jody
