There are many things you can do with no budget....including recycling, craft projects of all sorts can be found in numerous places on line, tag sales....you can find puzzels, tops, board games , etc.........I find that if I look at just about anything from an OT point of view I can incorporate it into functional activities.the possibilities are endless. an example of what I found one day from my own childrens toys was a zoom ball, which encourages bilateral integration, and the kids LOVE it. good luck.
