I think there is a slight difference in terms of OT services between a 6 bed unit and a larger unit. Where I work in a 6 bed unit there is only a few group activities that I can provide and more on individual work program. I used to work in a 20 bed rehabilitation unit and I did more group activities. I think the common role of OT (in my experience) is that OT is in charge of the Unit Program, I mean OT knows whats happening in the Unit and knows what program that a unit can provide.

By the way I use the CMOP and use the COPM often.
