here is my dream job.  Not sure how this translates in Canada.  Not sure if it is a job in the US.   I work for a Long Term Care Insurance Company.  Their aging population, who have been paying premiums and now are approaching the time when they may need to use the service, Ithat is my population.  I am allowed to spend a certain amount of money to help these folks stay healthy and happy at home.  i believe I could decrease the percentage needing residential long term care.  I would buy simple bathroom and kitchen mods, lift chairs, med planners with electronic reminders, and visits for moral support, filling med planners, training in the use of  AE, and maybe homemaker type services too.  -- Jody
