Hi

I would be vary wary of recommending anything like this as in my opinion
if you suggest a video it might be seen as A)promoting / advertising a
brand and B) the individual may feel you have professionally approved
the video (could be a problem if they hurt themselves whilst using it)

I would suggest that the individual do their own search onthis matter
and maybe you could assist by suggesting different ways to find
information like this eg internet, yellow pages, fitness clubs etc
