RE:SUPPORT CAP MORATORIUM IN THE HOUSE NOW!

Advocacy worked!Reports are that the House version of the Medicare prescription drug bill WILL include language to place another moratorium on the cap.The moratorium is said to be for 2003 and 2004 on the caps on occupational therapy and on physical therapy/speech-language pathology services.TO KEEP THIS PROVISION IN THE BILL WE NEED CALLS TO ALL HOUSE MEMBERS!The bill will be moving quickly over the next 2 weeks but calls are needed now through June 27!

Call your MEMBER OF THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES and say:

I'm calling to support the inclusion of a moratorium on the Medicare outpatient occupational therapy cap in the Medicare prescription drug bill.I am a constituent from (your town).I understand that the bill being prepared will include a moratorium on the cap that is set to begin July 1, 2003.Prevent harm to patients. Please support this moratorium in the Medicare prescription drug bill when it comes to the House floor.

Thank you for your consideration.
