yes.. some of the ideas were better than others.. but I should have specified they were for a 64 year old woman.  She is 3 months post surgery and doing pretty well with everything she is doing... but it is getting harder and harder to come up with new things.

Pat,
I have read some of this ideas that were sent to you. The ortho physician in New Jersey would of been upset with some of the ideas. I don't know how your physician would feel about some of the ideas?

The writter wrote about what is her goals. I agree. The client has to understand that this is not like a simple CTR. A RTC injury takes months to heal. I would know what is her job role. If she was a grocery clerk, I would do stocking activities. If she was a fire person, I would do ladder climbing and carrying hoses. These are just ideas.
       -Plyometerics are good
       -Ball therapy
-Push ups (wall or floor positions)
-Painting Movements (ie; rolling with long pole or brush)
       -Huston Exercises

There are specific protocols for RTC sugeries.

Good Luck!!!!!!!!!!!
