Does anyone know where to start the process of hiring a Foreign National? I've heard alot about the employer sponsoring the work visa, lawyers being involved....
How does it work with them being able to take the NBCOT? This is our first time looking into the possibility, we are a small Mom and Pop company, no big Corporate $$ to work with for lawyers.
