In a foreign national, application starts with taking TOEFL anf TSE tests for OTs. Once they passed these tests, they will apply for presecreening application at NBCOT. Upon issuance of eligibility to take NBCOT, they apply for temporary license and at the same time , visa process, for filipino ots, H!b visa is issued , in this process a lawyer is needed.
