Drexel University in PA has a program called Rehabilitation of the hand and Upper quadrant. It is one weekend a month for 10 months. The weekend is Friday 1-7 and Saturday 8-5. I'm currrently going though the program. This weekend will be the second weekend. At the end of the program you get a certificate and the courses can be used as graduate credits towards a masters or PHD. They also offer these programs as well.
