[otlist] Changes in OTlist

Hello:

I  am  going  to move the OTnow web site and OTnow mailing list to a new
server.  Hopefully,  this  will  go  without  hitches.  However,  should
anything  happen  to the OTnow mailing list, I will manually resubscribe
everyone.
