Some suggest that gentle repeated rom is the best way to decrease tone now. Anything re:throwing a ball, golf, batting for fun. The old bilateral sanding task, sawing wood, hammering nails for crafts. Sweeping, vaccuuming, washing windows for chores, combing hair reaching for cans etc ADL. Shawn McComb, OTR
