Carly Have you ever reported a critical incident? Have you identified a real one or is the question hypothetical? I’d suggest you find a reporting policy (your school, any hospital, any construction site, factory, large retail store etc. should have one) and identify a real incident. The essay will flow from that. Try using Google with just the term as well.
