Hello Jody and Biraj: In the 'older' days of OTnow, it was sometimes problematic for people to remove themselves. Most times, this happened after a person changed their e-mail address and then sent a message from their new address trying to unsubscribe their old address. It wasn't a big deal but it occasionally happened.
With the new list, it's simply a matter of going to a web link and following the directions. However, people may be running into problems now because in order to unsubscribe or change any other features, it's necessary to have your password. Without your password, nothing no changes can be made to your account. I have an option to e-mail people their passwords once a month. I think I will turn on that feature.
