Hi Ron: I hear you. However, I don't think we should follow their example. But if as the owner of the listserv you would like to set any parameters, including criteria about who gets membership into the listserv and also make it accessible to any potential listserv member I personally don't think there would be ANYTHING wrong with it. The issue earlier was that the PT had made the effort (for whatever reasons) to become a member of an OT list, and in fact had become a member. And was THEN being asked to leave. There is a difference between the two situations. At the same time however, I want to reiterate that as the listserv owner you may very well decide upon specific criteria for membership. I would wholeheartedly respect it.
