I am also an OT student doing my last affiliation in mental health.
My supervisor gave me Claudia
Allen's book about physical and cognitive disabilities.
One of the chapters describes that the ICIDH considers 10 disabilities
and then lists a few of them, one
being a functional disability. I did not find organic but if you look in
the ICIDH full description, you may find it.
