My clients are mostly geriatrics in the hospital. I would say some respond with a blank stare, some joke and say they don't need a job (before I get a chance to explain further), some are interested, so I go on and tell them what occupation means in a nutshell! Everytime I explain this, it sounds to myself like I am explaining a new concept/phenomena! :) Naz OT Reg. (Ont.)
