First change to the OTlist... An OTlist message can be replied to in one of two ways: first, by replying ONLY to the author or second, by replying to the ALL the list.
To send a reply to ONLY the message's author, use the "reply to" command of your e-mail program. To send a reply to ALL the OTlist, use the "reply all" command of your e-mail program. This feature is set to ensure that messages intended for individuals are not accidently sent to the entire OTlist. The above set up is recommended for mailing lists but my experience is that it is a non-typical format. If too many people are having problems with sending messages to individuals instead of the list, I will change it back. However, keep in mind that without the above format it's very easy to mistakenly send a message intended for an individual to the entire list. In fact, much to my embarrassment, I have done this exact thing! So, we'll give it a try this way and then see how it goes.
