Subject: [OTlist] Stretches

Hello:

My wife is having LE pain radiating from her hip to her knee. The pains
seems to be muscular and not neurological or skeletal. I suspect a tight
IT band.

Our son was born 2 months ago and I suspect that her leg pain is related
to child-bearing and increased standing/sitting/bending/stooping s/p
delivery.

Any suggestions?

Thanks,

Ron C.
