Hi Ron, It's my understanding that if we cotx for 1 hour (for example) and we (for instance) are working in the bathroom for the patient�to stand at the sink and groom, the P.T. may charge for the standing components they are working on and the O.T may charge a half hour of self care, NDT, etc.....as long as both desciplines don't charge for the entire hour.
