I   have  already  received  a  reply  from  Medicare's  medical  policy
division!!

The  health services analyst who responded to my question indicates that
services   outlined   in   my  original  message  {see  below}  are  NOT
reimbursable under current Medicare guidelines.

Once  the  analyst  gives  permission,  I  will promptly post her entire
message  to  the OT list. Also, I have posted follow up questions to the
specialist asking for further clarification.
