I think this is another example how wide the quality of OT service ranges. One of my pts went home, called home health without our recommendation as to which company to contact. Had a therapists who insisted he do UE exercises that pushed his shoulder ROM (he has severe limitations due to OA). The next day he was in severe pain and everything we had achieved to get him moving and decrease his pain was destroyed. He has chronic pain and severe OA. Maybe the certification test needs a section on common sense. Chris
