A lot of people put donation/ tip "jars" on their website.  Also, if you
have a rough idea of how much webtraffick you get you can also put sponsored
links up to places like Amazon and even some of the OT/ rehab catalogs.Some
people are actually able to make money off their websites.

how about
4. Get a cheaper hosting solution. e.g.  $35/ year or a one-off fee of $200
forever.  (http://www.aventurehosting.com/ - nb I don't work for them or
anything - its who I use) as for the domain costs - well Im not sure.
However surely $65/ year is a little more attainable than 125??
5. Use google adwords to get your $125  - It should be doable since otnow
gets a fairly decent ranking..
