I am the Clinical Supervisor for Pediatric Rehab at a large hospital (700+beds) in western Massachusetts. We provide both in pt and out pt. services to a birth to 18 population. I am working with a new manager to set standards for my staff for patient visits, length of visit, time booked for evaluations and for any paper work, number of evals per week and how visits are scheduled ie if a specific slot is kept for a family over many weeks of service or if the time slots float from week to week. I would really appreciate any feedback and also like to speak with anyone who would be willing to get a better picture of what best service is for Pediatric Rehab.
