Since the list has been quiet, I thought I would share my "wacky" case load:
1. Older man with lower extremity lymphedema 2. Older man with loss of mobility secondary to a CVA several years ago 3. Older woman with loss of mobility secondary to a long hospitalization with shock treatment following a major depressive episode 4. A young woman with CP and Down's Syndrome with loss of mobility secondary to placement and subsequent discharge from a group home 5. A young man with total blindness and many phsyical disabilites following a major car accident 12 years ago - looking for employment and home modification 6. Older man with loss of ROM in his UE secondary to the late effects of a C5 - C6 spinal cord injury 7. A new patient with acquired visual field cut I'm telling you, this is the most atypical (but pretty typical for me) case load I've ever ran across for an OT. What are other's doing????
