This is an interesting question and has had some informal research.  It 
depends on the limb you are wrapping, the amount of lymphedema and the 
tolerance of the patient.  The short answer is - for the leg gradient with 
30 to 40 mmHg at the foot and decreasing from there.  Arms start at 20 to 30

generally.  That said you might have to increase the pressure (especially on

a leg) if the patient is obese or has thick lymphedema and you might have to

decrease it if there is some arterial insufiecientcy.  However, in measuring

the amount trained therapists give - the numbers are all over the board and 
much higher than the above listed amounts.  So, now that you are completely 
confused - please feel free to give my email to the person asking.  The 
reason for asking might help in giving a better answer.
