I have two concerns about the COPM. 1. The COPM is totally subjective. Subjectivity is NOT a bad thing, but the guidelines do state: > Documentation required to indicate objective, measurable beneficiary > physical function including, e.g., 2. The COPM is not a measure of physical function (at least as how I think Medicare defines it). Instead, it's a measure of occupational function (something Medicare has probably never even heard of).
