I worked with an optometrist once that had attended several of her conferences, so I guess I could try contacting him. Although, I'm not certain whats become of him lately as we had a recent not planned move to a neighboring state. If you could provide further information on these kits it would be appreciated. The program would be part of a hospital outpatient center. I have seen patient's for low vision services in the past, but only in a SNF and home health background.
