Hello All: Working as a traveler I get to see many facilities and talk with patients, somewhat as an observer. The impressions I have heard from patients regarding their OT and PT services have overall been very positive!!! I rarely hear negative things about OT services; and when I do, it is usually regarding the therapist (tends to be due to mismatched personalities). Most of the patients and families I speak with are pleased and report they are "impressed" with their therapists and services; and see the value of them. I have mostly worked in WI, MN, and AZ; does the state we practice in make a difference? Other therapists, what has your experience been?
