We are interested in your experiences as an Occupational Therapist who works in the school system. We have designed a web-based survey in order to examine the different factors that may affect occupational therapy service delivery, and we appreciate your interest in participating. As this is a web based survey, participation is completely anonymous and voluntary as there is no way to trace the identity of the respondents The purpose of this survey is to gain a greater understanding of what influences a therapist in the type of intervention and delivery model of service they choose in a school setting.
