I have worked with long term rehabilitation and support of TBI victims and their families - dealing with ongoing grief and loss was part of it. Now I work in (frontal lobe) dementia care, and I find certain similarities. For the family, it's the grieving the loss of a person who is still there before their eyes. You can somewhat forget about the usual "stages of grief" here. There are other models though. >and how i suppose you would go about it? I would like to tell more, but not really sure if my experiences with the above is anything close to what you had in mind.
