I'm sorry to hear that Ron, I guess it doesn't always pay to be ethical. This could be a blessing in disguise though... you should be getting a higher hourly rate for PRN, plus it frees you up to also work PRN at other facilities. I don't know about you, but I am constantly getting calls and mail from headhunters looking for PRN OTs. There are quite a few agencies out there that are always scouting OTs.
