Hi Anna, I would advise that you stick to a budget! Sensory rooms can get VERY expensive. Think about the general sensory issues that you are trying to address and work from there. Also, if it's a neuro clinic be careful about lighting and epilepsy. There's a great paediatric group on Yahoo http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/ot-peds/ that has a number of individuals with a wealth of experience in sensory integration. Good luck! Veronica

But I am interested in finding out if anyone has any experience designing a sensory room? I am in the process of designing one for a neurology clinic (mainly for pediatrics). Any resources/help is much appreciated! Thanks in advance. -- Anna -- Options? www.otnow.com/mailman/options/otlist_otnow.com Archive? www.mail-archive.com/[email protected] Send instant messages to your online friends http://uk.messenger.yahoo.com -- Options? www.otnow.com/mailman/options/otlist_otnow.com Archive? www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]
