Hello

Juan, I frequently use the Short Bless and here's how my form breaks
down question #6:

=====================
John            = 1

Brown           = 1

42              = 1

Market Street   = 1

Chicago         = 1
=====================

So, if the patient ONLY remembers "42", he scores 4 errors. This
question is weighted at a "2", so the weighted score is 8

Do keep in mind that there is an incorrect version of this test in
which the "weighted" value of the question is "5". The correct value
for this question is a "2". Also, the version I use has only 6, not
7, questions.
